Crazy for kongs

Tuesday, June 27, 2006

Or kong-like toys, that is. I bought Cody a brand new toy this weekend at Petsmart. It was a hard find, though. As I browsed the aisles of toys looking at something that would aide in plague-removal, I found that there were a ton of toys for teetheing puppies, and lots of nasty rawhide chews...but not much for the adult doggins in need of a tooth cleaning.

I did finally find something...a blue contraption so rubbery and delicious looking that even I almost took a bite. And it even has a lovely cotton rope coming out of it for more chewing and tugging fun. What more could a girl and her dog ask for?

Well, apparently said girl did want more. I also bought Cody a toothbrush at Alberton's yesterday at the advice of my vet. He said a children't toothbrush would work great. So I bought Cody a Superman toothbrush. He can't wait to use it, although I can't say the same.

It must be bunnies

Tuesday, June 06, 2006

Well, I'm a bad blogger. What a surprise. I thought I'd spice up Cody's blog with yet another non-Cody post. He's getting a little testy about it...so I won't share this post with him. Shh.

When I came back from Spokane this weekend, my bunnies were glad to get out of their cage and have a fun time. I took some atrociously low-quality soundless video of it (not sure what happened there, did Google Video change?). But you'll get the idea.
